All transaction fees for credit or debit card purchases are $1.75 for payments up to $100.00.
Payments that exceed $100.00 will be charged a $2.75 transaction fee.
Payments that exceed $500.00 will be charged a 2.75% transaction fee.
All E-Check payments will be charged a $1.00 fee.
Automatic Debit
The Hardy County Public Service District offers an automatic debit service, at no charge, whereby your monthly water bill can be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account that you choose on the 20th of each month. Your water bill will be mailed to you as in the past to show you the amount of water that was used and the amount due for the month. All you need to do is to complete the ACH Form and return it to our office. This form is found on the Applications & Forms section of the website.
